• must be in the original packaging.

• needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

All orders are processed within 1 business day. If we experience an unusually high volume of orders, there may be a delay of maximum one business day. 

There is free shipping on all domestic and international orders.

Shipment within Europe is expected to take maximum 5 business days, whereas shipment outside Europe can take up to 2 weeks. 
If shipment takes longer than these estimates, we are not liable for any disconcerns due to late shipping.
